1. Orders can only be processed to persons aged 18 or
over. By ordering, the customer confirms they are aged 18 or over.
2. Sanpet Brothers will offer Izzix fm1000 & Izzix fd1000 for 2 weeks
free trial.
3. We want to give you the chance to try our products, so new customers
are eligible for a 2 week trial, absolutely free. If you decide is not for
you, all you have to do is return all the products before the end of the
trial period, and you won't be charged anything.
4. If you are enjoying our products, you don't have to do anything more.
At the end of your free trial period what you bought will automatically
belong to you.
5. The Free Trial is available to new customers only. Existing customers
or those who have previously enjoyed a free trial period are not eligible.
6. The Free Trial is available to one member of a household only. Subsequent
free trials at the same address are not permitted.
7. The customer undertakes to treat the products and their associated
packaging with the utmost care at all times. Sanpet Brothers reserves the
right to charge the customer with the replacement cost of the products if
it is returned in an unreasonable condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted).
In this event, Sanpet Brothers will inform the customer before taking any
other action.
8. All products remain the property of Sanpet Brothers during the 2 weeks
free trial period. The product must not be resold or made available to hire
by the customer.
9. Sanpet Brothers will not be held responsible by the customer for any
delays, outside Sanpet Brothers control, which relate to the shipping or
delivery of products.
10. Sanpet Brothers reserves the right, at any time, to cancel the order
of any customer.
11. Occasionally the products are lost in the post. In this situation,
Sanpet Brothers will despatch a replacement. However, Sanpet Brothers
reserves the right to cancel the order of a customer indefinitely if
it becomes apparent
that the postal service in the customer’s area is too unreliable.
The above policies are part of our commitment to high quality service.
They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns Information
As a valued customer we want you to be happy and satisfied every time
you shop with us. We know that occasionally you may wish to return an
item, therefore please find below details of our Returns Policy.
The below Returns Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions of business
and applies to all orders placed with us or with brands associated with
Sanpet Brothers where we process and handle the order:-
Return policy
To return goods to Sanpet Brothers - parcel them securely, including
all manuals, accessories and original packaging.
Include a short note detailing your original order reference, contact details
and a description of the fault. Send the package to Returns Department.
Delivery
Packages are delivered by Royal Mail, Parcel Force and UPS. The service
type used will depend upon the value and size of the product/s purchased.
For UK customers we aim to despatch and deliver your order within 2 working
days of the order being placed. All orders outside the UK please allow 5-7days
before you receive your orders.
Your order will be delivered to your home/business address and may need
to be signed for. If you are not available when the courier delivers, a
calling card will be left advising you of how to re-arrange delivery or
how to collect from your local courier depot.
Business Customers
If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for
business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss
including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue,
goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as
a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be
limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability
for death or personal injury.
If you have a credit account with us payment is due 30 days after the date
of our invoice and we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily
at Nat-west bank base rate both before and after judgment.
Privacy
We do collect the information given at the time of your order. This information
is not disclosed to any third party and is collected by Sanpet Brothers.
We do not email customers except in connection with your order; you will
receive no newsletters, special offers or other spam.
We aim to offer a top quality service at the best price possible, to
do this we need to reserve the right to change the above policies at any
time.
All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1998.
